Our Motivation
Opportunity International is motivated by Jesus Christ’s call to love and serve people living in poverty across the world. We seek to emulate the Good Samaritan, whose compassion crossed ethnic groups and religions.
While others are called to provide disaster relief, build homes, or plant churches, our calling is to bring lasting hope and economic security through microfinance and financial services.
When clients ask why we care so deeply about their future, we share this motivation: to follow the Good Samaritan’s example of compassion that knows no boundaries. This spirit of inclusion guides everything we do.
