Shanna is a passionate international development professional with formal education in international development and project management. She brings expertise and a collaborative approach to results-based management, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge management. Over the years, Shanna has strengthened project quality and impact through the design and implementation of effective systems, policies, and tools.

With experience across East Africa, Latin America, the Asia-Pacific region, and Canada, Shanna has contributed to initiatives that promote sustainable development, gender equality, and women’s economic empowerment. She is deeply committed to fostering inclusive economic growth and strives to create sustainable, impactful change in communities around the world.

Shanna lives in Guelph, Ontario, with her husband and son, and enjoys spending time outdoors as a family, often hiking and discovering new trails.
